In following this advice you acknowledge and accept that Viverdi Ltd has not had the benefit of examining your pet and may not, therefore, be fully aware of all relevant factors relating to your pet's condition, which may have an effect on the nature and content of the advice given by Viverdi Ltd.

Viverdi Limited accepts no liability (whether for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise) or responsibility for the consequences of your following any advice given by Viverdi in this email.

USE OF SITE. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Unless otherwise specified, the Viverdi Ltd Web Sites are for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Viverdi Ltd Web Sites.

Harassment in any manner or form on the Site or any of the Viverdi Ltd Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with the Viverdi Ltd you agree to grant to Viverdi Ltd, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for Viverdi Ltd services in any media worldwide. In certain circumstance Viverdi Ltd may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.

Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

GENERAL.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

The failure or delay of Viverdi Ltd to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Viverdi Ltd's right to enforce that right.
