• Crate/pen in home for puppy’s own space

• Crate for travelling in the car

• Safe and clean areas to walk with your dog – Local parks, the beach, town moor, woodland paths, fields, etc.

• Find out where local veterinary practices are, and how to register. Even visit them and make a decision where you will take your new pup for her first examination.

• Check your area for puppy training & socialisation classes – these are an excellent way to ensure your pup will learn all the basic commands and become a well-behaved and social dog.

It is a good idea to consider pet insurance. Taking your pet to the Vets can become very costly, especially if they develop a condition that requires regular treatment and check-ups.
